These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 345wiz ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the 345wiz website located at https://345wiz.cam and all associated services, games, applications and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 345wiz.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, which may comprise Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance separately.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback award or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to an individual game or betting market as displayed in the relevant game or event interface.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and source-of-funds verification procedures required by the Operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan. Amounts displayed in PKR on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed in the live cashier.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is unlicensed or expressly prohibited.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the total amount a User must wager before a Bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 345wiz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the Operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying this.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from 345wiz or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of the Operator or any of its technology or game providers.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access without undue delay.

4.3 Accurate Information

You must keep your account information — including your registered name, address, phone number and payment details — accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bonus amounts that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Operator. Verified withdrawable Real Money Balances will be returned via your last verified payment method.

5.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistan payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples only. These references do not imply endorsement of gambling by any payment provider, nor do they guarantee availability. Users must verify current supported methods in the live cashier at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method. Illustrative example: PKR 1,000 minimum for certain methods. Actual thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction in the live cashier. The Operator reserves the right to modify minimum amounts without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to (a) successful completion of KYC verification, (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonuses, (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the live cashier, and (d) anti-money-laundering checks. The Operator may require withdrawal via the same method used for the corresponding deposit.

5.4 Processing Times

Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. No specific processing time is warranted by these Terms. Users should consult the live cashier for current estimated processing windows. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions or network congestion.

6.1 Illustrative Nature of Bonus Figures

All bonus amounts, cashback percentages, free-spin quantities, wagering multipliers and tier thresholds referenced on the 345wiz website (including the homepage, this page and all promotional materials) are illustrative examples only unless confirmed in a live promotional offer accessible from within your authenticated Account.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a User withdraws prior to completing a wagering requirement, the Bonus and any winnings attributable to it will be forfeited.
• The Operator may impose a maximum bet restriction while a Bonus is active — typically PKR 1,000 per round or equivalent (illustrative figure only; check specific offer terms).

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse promotional offers — including through collusion, use of multiple Accounts, systematic bonus exploitation strategies or artificial wagering patterns — constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Operator may cancel Bonuses, void associated winnings and/or close Accounts where abuse is identified.

Each game available on 345wiz is governed by its own Game Rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's individual rules, the game's individual rules apply in respect of that game.

7.1 Random Number Generation

Outcomes of certified slot and table games are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The Platform does not manipulate outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are illustrative historical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the Operator's records constitute the authoritative reference for determining game outcomes. Bets affected by genuine technical errors may be voided at the Operator's discretion, with stakes returned to the User's Account.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events are subject to change before settlement. The Operator reserves the right to void bets on events where pricing errors, data feed failures or event irregularities occur. Settled outcomes follow the applicable rules published in the sportsbook section at the time the bet was accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 345wiz and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balances and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; these must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or syndicate without explicit Operator authorisation.

345wiz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available from within your Account settings and do not require a support request to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a period of your choosing without permanently closing the Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period.

All content on 345wiz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface elements, game assets, software code, promotional materials and the 345wiz brand name and associated marks — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wiz and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or financial loss of any nature attributable to gambling outcomes on the Platform.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, data transmission errors or security breaches beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers, payment processors or linked services.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• A breach or suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity.
• A request by regulatory, law-enforcement or governmental authorities.
• Risk management decisions made at the Operator's sole discretion.

In the event of Account closure by the Operator for verified breaches, any Bonus Balances will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances, net of any amounts under investigation, will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, details of which are available through the live operator interface. The Operator does not represent that Pakistani law governs these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the Operator's internal complaints procedure. If not resolved informally, disputes may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated under the Operator's licence conditions. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice where appropriate.

345wiz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are materially revised. If you disagree with a revision, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
